47th in the country – the land of steady habits

Each year Public Citizen ranks the effectiveness of state medical examining boards.  For two years in a row, CT has ranked 47th in the country in actions taken against doctors.  I have attended many of their meetings and not once have I ever heard a committee member voice concern.  Isn’t it about time?

Where is the public  outrage?  Where is the media?
